RESEARCH PROJECT SPECIALIST
Moffitt Cancer Center is focused on improving lung cancer outcomes, and they are seeking a Research Project Specialist to assist in the work performed in Thoracic Oncology. Must be able to deliver results in a timely and resource-effective manner
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of science-related experience and/or Research Administration relevant experience such as project planning and working within the context of timelines and deliverables
Ability to work well under pressure of meeting mandatory deadlines
Experience with project planning and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to deliver results in a timely and resource-effective manner
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Experience in the use of basic office equipment, computers, and MS Office software environment
Preferred
Research Administration relevant experience is preferred
