Ability to read PeopleCode, write advanced SQL, and perform data analysis
Experience with data conversion, field mapping, and root-cause analysis
Proven collaboration with business users, developers, and leadership
Agile/SCRUM experience required; Azure DevOps exposure preferred
Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus

Required
6+ years of recent, continuous experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
8+ years understanding the technical aspects of PeopleSoft
10+ years overall IT experience
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
Strong functional analysis focus (no hands-on coding required)
Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HRMS modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Payroll
Ability to read PeopleCode, write advanced SQL, and perform data analysis
Experience with data conversion, field mapping, and root-cause analysis
Proven collaboration with business users, developers, and leadership
Agile/SCRUM experience required
Preferred
