Lifespace Communities is seeking a proven technology executive to lead enterprise architecture, application modernization, and digital transformation across the organization. The Vice President will own critical platforms while driving cloud, automation, and AI-enabled innovation to improve experiences for residents, families, and team members.

Lead enterprise architecture & application modernization strategy

Own and optimize major enterprise platforms (Workday, ERP, CRM, etc.)

Drive cloud adoption, DevSecOps, automation, and AI-enabled workflows

Reduce technical debt, improve reliability, and control technology costs

Oversee application governance, integration, and vendor strategy

Deliver intuitive digital experiences across web & mobile

Lead large-scale transformation and organizational change

Partner closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Clinical, and Executive leadership
