Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing business performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Support the development of strategic frameworks and operational models

Assist in supporting change management efforts including training and communication plans

Participate in the evaluation of software solutions

Recommend and help implement process enhancements using lean methodologies

Support initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, and talent optimization

Utilize tools and software for performance management and succession planning

Develop communication materials and engagement strategies to support adoption

Proactively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance your related skills

Required

Pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership, Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Economics or other related field

Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to build and foster professional business relationships

Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
