Florida East Coast Railway is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to assist with projects in safety, employee training, and instructional design. This is a 3-month unpaid internship ideal for individuals interested in building a career in training, instructional development, safety compliance, or workplace education.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and revising safety and training content

Support instructional design efforts, including creating presentations, guides, and e-learning modules

Help maintain training documentation and employee compliance records

Contribute to the planning and coordination of training events

Use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) to develop training resources and materials
