Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, monthly accruals, and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Analyze financial data and variances, providing insights to management

Work alongside accounting team to ensure processes and controls are executed timely and accurately

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including intercompany transactions

Partner with FP&A and other departments in supporting budget and forecast processes with accurate historical data

Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to increase efficiency

Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests

Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other departments to resolve discrepancies

Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors

Perform other duties as necessary
