Head of Data & Revenue Systems
Domotz is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps MSPs, integrators, and internal IT teams monitor and manage networks. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Data & Revenue Systems to leverage data for strategic decision-making, improve product offerings, and ensure data integrity across various systems.
Responsibilities
Define and implement the end-to-end data architecture with Snowflake as the authoritative source of truth
Move “in-tool” and ad-hoc transformations (n8n, Zoho, etc.) into centralized, version-controlled pipelines
Design clear data models for: Accounts & billing; Product usage & events; Marketing; Sales; Lifecycle data
Own the integration strategy across Amplitude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Stripe, GA, GTM, and any BI tools
Ensure consistent identifiers (user ID, account ID, email) and no conflicting truth between systems
Set and enforce standards for events, properties, naming conventions, and tracking
Build and run a data governance framework: documentation, owners, QA checks, alerting, and SLAs for data quality
Create and enforce standards for: a. Event naming and lifecycle rules b. Property types & allowed values c. UTM governance and tracking standards d. Put in place monitoring for pipeline failures, schema drift, and sync errors across tools
Own all business intelligence tools (Zoho Analytics, internal dashboards, embedded analytics, etc.)
Define and enforce a company-wide metrics dictionary
Build scalable dashboards for Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and Exec teams
Audit and clean existing dashboards (remove duplicates, incorrect metrics, legacy charts)
Implement governance for dashboard creation, access, versioning, and maintenance
Evaluate whether Zoho Analytics remains the right BI tool or whether a migration is needed
Partner with Finance to make sure financial data is iron-clad and reconciles with product and GTM data
Own the models that connect: a. Trials → Activations → PQLs → Customers → Expansion b. Usage → Entitlements → Billing / Stripe c. Ensure revenue reporting (MRR, churn, expansion, cohort performance) is accurate, explainable, and repeatable
Lead the analytics roadmap for product, marketing, and RevOps: Attribution (first/last + multi-touch) Lifecycle performance (trial, activation, PQL, retention) Channel and campaign ROI Make sure stakeholders have self-serve access to clean dashboards and metrics they can trust
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years in data engineering / analytics / data leadership in B2B SaaS
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar warehouses)
Strong hands-on experience with event-based analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel)
Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation, attribution
Strong hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (Zoho Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
Has previously taken a messy, fragmented data stack and centralized it into a governed warehouse
Has previously owned revenue / product analytics end-to-end
Has previously built dashboards for multiple stakeholders, managing metrics definitions, and enforcing consistency
Comfortable operating at both levels: architecture and long-term design, rolling up sleeves to debug bad data, broken events, and ugly pipelines
