Responsibilities

Lead transformation projects and strategic initiatives for various parts of the Controllership and broader Finance organization

Comprehensive project management to execute on strategic priorities, taking a project from solution design, planning and mobilization through execution & delivery

Establish end-to-end processes, controls, dashboards / metrics and requirements for sponsored projects

Consistent application of governance standards across all project types

Extensive stakeholder engagement and facilitation across all levels of management

Required

Ability to manage multiple demands successfully within a matrixed organization

Results oriented, ability to lead and influence without authority

Proven strategic thought leadership with ability to translate strategy into well-defined outcomes
