Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake-based data solutions for enterprise-scale analytics
Implement ELT patterns across raw, intermediate, and curated data layers to ensure data integrity and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Monitor and manage cost and performance of data warehouses, including sizing, caching, and clustering strategies
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for scripting and data conversion
Expertise in code optimization and performance tuning for large-scale data systems
Experience with AWS for deployment and cloud integration
Familiarity with mortgage or real estate industry data
Knowledge of security and governance practices such as RBAC, masking, and row-level policies
