An Oregon Standard Administrative License (issued by Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission) may substitute for the two years of leadership experience

Preferred

A Doctorate in Education or related field from an accredited university may substitute for two years of the education experience, but not for the two years of leadership experience
