Responsibilities
Prepare Commercial Loan/Lease documents using specific approved loan terms that comply with internal bank policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements
Research various systems and sources to collect and verify information on commercial entity structure
Coordinate with Loan Officers and Assistants to compile required information for loan packages
Discuss complex loan packages with in-house counsel and upper management
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Qualification
Required
Self-starter
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle large volumes of work while meeting deadlines
Multi-task oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Preferred
Experience in Commercial Banking
Experience in Commercial Loan and/or Lease documentation
