Responsibilities
Similar functions and responsibilities as TLC Operator along with
Assist in Investigating Correct Sales Order and Correct type of return
Confirm Original Equipment (Salvage) and Product Returns (Devices shipped by Asurion)
For Product Returns: Correct Vendor, PO and Receipt Date
Research and Identify devices, i.e. unlocking devices (such as iPhone, Net Books and Tablets) to locate ESN/MEID/IMEI etc
Answer inquiries from various care functions regarding status of specific returns
Collect and return subscriber equipment (i.e. misdirected returns, memory cards, accessories, personal items and mail back to subscribers as requested)
Research all inventory discrepancies detected by area personnel and action accordingly
Communicate errors appropriately to area leadership
Conduct, as necessary, any search to locate products lost within the system or locations
Propose and perform (with approval) transactions (adjustments) per procedures
Make inventory adjustments under the approval of Area Leadership
Act as primary liaison with Inventory Integrity Team
Process Accessories and Client product according to standard process
Run transaction and location reports in WMS (Axapta) system including Dax/Client Systems
Perform daily cycle counts of scheduled product
Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and propose process improvements
Participate in all special inventories as required
Have a full understanding of inventory transactions
Assist in cross-training employees with existing and new procedures as they are implemented
Promote the company’s core values and adherence to those values
Collaborate pro-actively and successfully across departmental boundaries along with providing support based on business needs
Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Verify the accuracy of and timely transfer inventory parts into and out of Receiving Inspection locations
Using various tools to create inspection orders as needed to fulfill daily shipment needs
Monitor inventory levels and work with management to ensure a continuous flow of work to the floor
Other Duties as Assigned without Hesitation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
Computer literate, including ability to enter data using a keyboard (Microsoft Office – Excel)
Routine Problem Solving and investigation skills
Strong Customer Relations, Investigation and Communication Skills
Detail orientation, ability to follow work instructions and guidelines
Maintain productivity and quality standards set by leadership
Must be receptive to feedback on performance issues
Possess problem-solving skills, participate in process improvement initiatives
Complete other tasks as assigned by Asurion Leadership without Hesitation
Respect core values of Asurion and comply with the Company's policies and procedures in include Dress Code
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals and objectives
