Responsibilities
Manage all phases of the renewable energy & power substation projects from initiation, design, development to execution/operations
Provide design review critiques to third parties and provide QA/QC input
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEEE, NESC, NEC) and utility specifications
Oversee contractor performance and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEEE, NESC, NEC) and utility specifications

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Previous project execution team - experience & comfortability working with developers, engineering firms, project finance, construction, and other various external stakeholders
Must be based in the US for consideration and bring previous 4 years of experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Previous experience at one point coming from a design engineering role a huge plus
Strong knowledge of utility standards and grid interconnection requirements is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
PMP certification is a plus
PE not required, but also a plus
