Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret healthcare/clinical data to support reporting and decision-making

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and SQL queries

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights

Perform data validation, profiling, and quality checks for accuracy and completeness

Support ETL workflows and assist in optimizing data pipelines

Document data processes, workflows, and reporting logic

Required

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, or related field

10+ years of experience in Insurance / claims with healthcare data analytics or business intelligence

Proven ability to work directly with executives and senior managers, delivering presentations and reports to non-technical audiences

Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)

Solid SQL skills and comfort working with healthcare data (claims, EMR/EHR, operational, and financial datasets). SSRS, SQL, and SQL Server

Expert with Python

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision makers

Strong business acumen with knowledge of healthcare operations, performance metrics, and quality measures

Strong front-end analytics and visualization skills and Microsoft Stack technical expertise

Strategic partnership with business & clinical leaders

Data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance

Clinical quality, financial performance, operational efficiency

Experience with dashboards, scorecards, and insights translation

Preferred

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related discipline

Experience with healthcare quality frameworks (CMS, HEDIS, Joint Commission, etc.)

Exposure to advanced analytics (forecasting, predictive modeling, population health insights)

Experience working with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms in a Microsoft (SSRS, SQL, and SQL Server) environment
