Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with meeting setup
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
Qualification
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front desk role
Experience in a construction or professional office environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
