New Grad, Entry LevelShya Workforce Solutions is seeking a Hardware Technician to provide in-store customer support and perform diagnostics and repairs on Apple devices. This role combines hands-on technical repair work with direct customer interaction, ensuring devices are functioning optimally after repairs.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers with device issues
Diagnose hardware and software problems on MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads
Perform repairs such as screen, battery, keyboard, trackpad, SSD, and port replacements
Handle macOS and iOS troubleshooting, data backups, and OS installations
Provide repair estimates, timelines, and clear explanations to customers
Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality
Maintain repair logs and parts usage records
Keep the repair workspace clean and organized
Qualification
Required
Proven experience repairing Apple devices (especially MacBooks)
Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS
Ability to interact professionally with customers
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
