Diagnose hardware and software problems on MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads
Perform repairs such as screen, battery, keyboard, trackpad, SSD, and port replacements
Handle macOS and iOS troubleshooting, data backups, and OS installations
Provide repair estimates, timelines, and clear explanations to customers
Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality
Maintain repair logs and parts usage records
Keep the repair workspace clean and organized
