Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales territory
Develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Identify customer manufacturing challenges and recommend appropriate machine solutions
Work closely with Northwest Machine’s engineering and service teams to deliver complete solutions
Conduct on-site customer visits, machine demonstrations, and proposal presentations
Manage the sales process from lead generation through order close
Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasts, and opportunity tracking
Attend trade shows, open houses, and customer events as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in machine tool sales, CNC machining, manufacturing engineering, or related industrial sales
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes (milling, turning, multi-axis, or automation)
Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a territory
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
