Account manager – Agency Partnerships & Platforms

The Agency Partnerships & Platform Account Manager will be the primary contact for the largest agency platform engagements, responsible for client communications, project management, and business development opportunities.

Responsibilities
Be the Primary Contact for the Client: You are the day-to-day contact for business development of audiences and all sold-in client measurement projects. This includes owning kick off calls & docs, project status updates, curating the final story, and communicating product updates/ expanded capabilities
Ownership & Support: Provide cross-brand team support via connections into agency relationships as a focus area when called upon
Targeted Outreach: Construct relevant communications across agency functions across upstream teams (Planning, Strategy, Audience Sci, Analytics) and downstream teams (Precision, Programmatic, Media Investment, TV/CTV, Social)
Maintain Agency Connectivity: Insulate and protect Circana from agency switches and turn over through consistent relationship management and outreach
Understand Circana Offerings: Own business development, execution of audience requests, and proactive recommendations to clients
Seek Business Development Opportunities: Be the owner of a vertical to develop internal training and develop relationships with internal/external partners, including agencies, platforms, tech partners, etc
Develop Account and Measurement Insights: Deep account knowledge to understand client needs and potential areas of opportunity. Communicate client concerns that are voiced in everyday conversations to leadership. Analyze data and measurement results in partnership with Delivery to develop insights and inform client on key learnings, recommendations, and actionable takeaways
Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables: Between internal teams and Client - set expectations, deliver results, manage timelines and related variable changes. You are the “quarterback” for internal operations
Actively Look for Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in cross-functional operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's college degree or higher. Major in statistics, business, marketing, or related field
3-5 years in Media, CPG, Agencies (at or with) and/or Sales in a client facing capacity
Experience with ad tech/platforms (DSPs, Clean Rooms, etc.)
