Responsibilities

Receives, stocks, inventories and distributes election supplies

Assembles ballot box supply packages

Performs election equipment testing

Makes minor mechanical and electrical repairs on election equipment

Assists with preparing training materials for poll workers

Ensures that all election locations are compliant with state and federal guidelines

Assists in post-election inventories

May deliver or pick-up election supplies at polling locations

Operates various office and election equipment

Prepares and maintains records and reports and performs specific functional duties relative to the election process
