Interact with customers at retail locations and promotional events
Represent assigned brands in a professional and positive manner
Explain product features, promotions, and services to customers
Provide customer support and answer basic product-related questions
Assist with sales transactions when applicable
Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Work with team leaders to meet daily and weekly performance goals
