Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, guest segmentation strategies, and business growth initiatives

Direct player development and VIP marketing strategy, including host engagement goals, retention programs, and reinvestment optimization

Oversee paid, earned, and owned media planning across digital, social, and traditional channels, and approve all media buys to ensure ROI

Collaborate with agencies, internal teams, and technology partners to maximize campaign performance and drive innovation through A/B testing, automation, and omnichannel capabilities

Partner with IT, loyalty, and analytics teams to deploy tools for digital offer delivery, engagement measurement, and unified marketing dashboards; analyze marketing effectiveness using KPIs and ROI models, report results to executive leadership, and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability
