This role involves providing desktop support, managing Active Directory tasks, and configuring Intune and Autopilot while also leading change management for new office setups.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop support for Windows and Mac environments (primarily Dell laptops; some Macs for marketing)
Manage Active Directory tasks (user adds/removals, permissions)
Configure and support Intune and Autopilot, including remote re-imaging
Troubleshoot Cisco VPN, Zoom rooms, and basic networking issues
Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve escalated issues
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Assist with new office setups and apply structured change management practices

Required

7+ years of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience in enterprise environments
Strong technical expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Intune, and Autopilot
Excellent communication skills (clear and concise) and ability to work independently
Comfortable setting up a help desk from scratch and serving as the primary owner in complex infrastructure environments
Experience during rapid company growth, helping develop IT practices and supporting change management initiatives
Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Oracle ERP, Zoom, Jira, and Box

Preferred

ITIL certification
Experience in manufacturing environments
Prior experience with large-scale device management and office rollouts
Previous IT Manager experience is a plus
