MUST HAVE PHARMA AGENCY AND HIGH LEVEL SCIENCE EXPERIENCE!
Experience Level: Must have 12-15 years of experience
Business Management: Must have managed $8-10 million in business
Industry Experience: Must have healthcare communications experience and agency experience
Hunter Mentality: The candidate needs to be most importantly a "hunter"
A key focus for this hire is being "hungry"
They must be able to network and try and find new business opportunities
While managing business and deliverables is good, the new business focus is critical
