Responsibilities

Partner with the General Counsel to improve the employee experience and to develop and implement HR strategies and initiates aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage and develop the People & Talent Coordinator
Bridge management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain the Total Rewards programs, including benefits, compensation, LOA, etc
Own learning and development needs across the organization to foster growth and fill gaps
Maintain excellent standards of HRIS data integrity, including regular audits and compliance checks
Process payroll bi-weekly and support employees with cases around payroll
Administer HR policies and procedures; appropriately collaborate with General Counsel to ensure policies comply with laws; deliver training to managers and employees as appropriate to ensure understanding and compliance with policies
Support Legal and Finance with special projects, like audits
Promote Würk’s mission, mindset and Results on Purpose initiatives

Required

5+ years of relevant human resources experience
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
Proven ability to support innovation and change
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment
Experience in dealing with complex employee relations issues
HRIS and solid data and technical competency
Strong familiarity and experience executing HR disciplines
High degree of collaboration and team orientation
Critical skills necessary to build trust and relationships as well as to partner with all levels of management
Ability to share and seek feedback from others constructively

Preferred

SHRM-CP or PHR certification
