Responsibilities

Serve as a central point of communication between the Administrator’s office and all departments

Provide administrative support across departments for both short-term and long-term operational needs

Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with external agencies, including government entities and third-party payors

Act as a liaison between residents, families, and outside agencies to ensure clear and timely communication

Greet visitors, manage reception responsibilities, and maintain a professional office environment

Support financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination

Assist Human Resources with onboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, payroll updates, and ID badge creation

Coordinate and manage workers’ compensation, FMLA, and disability documentation

Complete weekly travel to the bank, post office, and other required locations

Assist with additional administrative projects and duties as assigned
