Responsibilities
Develop, execute comprehensive system test strategies that validate full functionality of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) airgap system
Plan OKRs, align them with the organizational strategy
Take responsibility in team execution, drive validation, automation efforts
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members
Maintain a healthy team culture that fosters growth and learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging
5 years of experience in people management
Experience with testing and Continuous Integration(CI)/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) principles
Preferred
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, C++, Java)
5 years of experience with distributed systems
Experience with compute technologies
Knowledge of Kubernetes platform
