Franchise Business Consultant
VIO Med Spa is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Coach to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to franchise owners. The role involves guiding franchisees to achieve operational excellence and sales growth while ensuring adherence to brand standards and providing ongoing support throughout their business lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with franchise owners and their leadership teams, fostering trust and collaboration
Conduct regular business reviews, goal-setting sessions, and operational assessments
Provide ongoing training and mentorship on best practices, SOPs, leadership development, and strategies to drive performance in all KPIs including membership acquisition and retention
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue trends, membership sales performance, conversion rates, average ticket, and customer retention
Be accountable for driving membership growth and retention across the region, providing franchisees with proven sales and marketing strategies, tracking tools, and consistent follow-up to ensure membership goals are achieved
Partner with franchisees to optimize staffing, scheduling, and expense management
Develop action plans to address performance gaps, strengthen membership acquisition and retention, and leverage growth opportunities across all KPIs
Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational protocols, and compliance requirements
Conduct on-site visits to provide hands-on guidance and operational audits
Act as the primary liaison between new franchisees and corporate departments (Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance) from pre-opening and continuing for the duration of their business operations, offering ongoing coaching and support throughout the lifecycle of the business
Host and facilitate Franchisee Orientation programs, providing comprehensive training on brand culture, operational procedures, customer experience standards, performance expectations, and membership sales strategies
Support pre-opening operational readiness, including staffing recommendations, service menu training, and grand opening execution
Provide on-site support during launch week and ongoing follow-up to ensure operational flow, membership sales momentum, and adherence to brand standards
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
Collaborate with franchisees on local marketing initiatives and community engagement
Recommend new opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion
Partner with internal departments including Marketing, Training, and Finance to support franchise success
Facilitate knowledge-sharing among franchisees through webinars, workshops, and peer-to-peer programs
Serve as the franchisee’s advocate within the corporate structure, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues
Qualification
Required
Medical spa leadership experience is required — minimum 3+ years in a management, multi-unit operations, or franchise consulting role within the medical aesthetics industry
Proven track record of coaching and developing business leaders to exceed performance targets
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on P&L statements and KPI data
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead training and orientation sessions for groups of new franchise owners
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large territory
Must reside in the United States, relocation is not provided
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned North East territory and adapt to varying business needs
