Responsibilities

Prepare communications to appropriate team members and operations leadership

Interact with teams and departments by phone and email regarding processes, incident resolutions and service level objectives

Assist in resolving real-time on road incidents moving across the Logistics Network by providing real-time incident management and support to all drivers

Serve as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed Vehicle Transporters and Advocates

Provide real-time support to Logistics field teams while maintaining route integrity and service levels

Assist Specialist in locating vendors to drive excellent service while mitigating risks and downtime

Collaborate with Vehicle Transporters, Logistics Field Leadership, Fleet Maintenance, Market Operations, and Network Planning to minimize network disruptions

Perform administrative duties including accurately documenting real-time incidents while effectively communicating incident status and resolution plan to Logistics Field Leadership
