Client Care Manager
Right at Home of Southern Arizona & Southern Nevada is dedicated to improving the quality of life for veterans and older adults. The Client Experience Manager will lead the team in providing extraordinary care experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
Lead, Manage, Accountability
Manage and nurture client relationships
Ensure extraordinary experiences for and delivery of care to clients
Onboard new clients
Increase service hours for assigned clients
Assess client needs and develop custom care plans, then visit regularly to ensure success
Ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling
Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners
Hire, onboard, train, supervise and support a team of professional caregivers
Qualification
Required
Experience working with aging adults
Experience leading a team of professional caregivers
Bachelor's degree
Willingness to spend at least 45-50 hours per week working, learning and hitting performance numbers consistently
