They are seeking a Receptionist/Resident Technology Specialist to provide technology support and instruction to residents, focusing on improving resident engagement and overall quality of life through personalized support.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi

Provide basic troubleshooting and device setup

Support resident-facing technology (TV channels, digital signage, surveys, QR codes)

Offer simple instruction and technology education to residents

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service

Required

Ability to move across campus and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred

Experience working with seniors or in a support role

Prior IT, help desk, or technology assistance experience
