Field Sales Representative - Fluid Systems and Products

The Field Sales Representative will build and expand partnerships with key accounts, identify new prospects, and support customers with product selection while collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Build and expand partnerships with key accounts in your territory
Identify new prospects through current clients, referrals, and networking
Keep customers informed on the latest products, applications, and solutions
Support customers with product selection and provide training when needed
Plan and execute a weekly sales schedule (aim for 5 quality visits per day)
Log customer interactions and sales activities in ACS (minimum of 3 times per week)
Collaborate daily with Inside Sales, your Regional Sales Manager, and teammates on strategy and problem-solving
Continuously sharpen your technical knowledge and sales skills
Represent Ryan Herco with professionalism and integrity

Qualification

Required

HS diploma or equivalent
2+ years of industrial field or outside sales experience
Valid driver's license
Strong communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills
Ability to coordinate team efforts and lead training sessions
Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic math (decimals, fractions, algebra)
Quick learner, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and use CRM applications
Some overnight travel may be required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Industrial sales background in fluid control, filtration, or fluid handling systems
