Account Executive, Mid Market - West Region

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team to identify and target new accounts
Consistently achieve quota by closing deals that add significant value to our clients
Focus on the return on investment for our clients, addressing pain points and mapping them to our solutions
Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless transitions to implementation
Network with existing customers and vendor partners to foster strong, long-term business relationships
Develop an in-depth understanding of the R365 platform to effectively present and position it to prospective clients
Stay informed about industry trends and leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities
Thrive in an ever-growing team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges

Required

Proven success in Account Management/Sales, with a preference for software sales
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adopt and follow a structured sales process
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Top-notch organization and time management skills
Enthusiasm and a passion for the restaurant industry
Must live within the designated region
Ability to travel up to 30% to meet clients as needed

Preferred

Accounting or Restaurant Management experience
