Responsibilities
Create and appear in short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Own the full content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
Develop content that balances brand storytelling, education, and performance
Translate skincare and wellness concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content
Analyze content performance and optimize creative direction based on results
Collaborate with internal marketing and brand teams on launches and campaigns
Support time-sensitive content needs tied to upcoming retail launches
Qualification
Required
Strong on-camera presence with a proven short-form video portfolio
Experience creating performance-driven content for consumer brands
Ability to own both content creation and creative strategy
Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating on content
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness
Street-style or IRL interview content experience
TikTok Live experience
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Airtable, Notion, or Asana
