Responsibilities
Developing project criteria and statement of work
Reviewing and assigning projects to FAEs following the criteria and statement of work
Setting project milestones and tracking progress
Learning and understanding the significance of accurate instruction development
Completing capstone by presenting the outcomes to the broader business unit
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master's degree in engineering from an accredited university
Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
Military-Affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)
Preferred
Possess project management skills strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and technical writing skills
Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills
