Interview, hire and schedule to the payroll plan while meeting business needs daily
Ability to work with their team through scheduling, daily huddles, coaching and IDPs to cultivate and foster team growth and development
Operations and merchandising are a big piece of the business plan. Your ability to plan, organize, manage, and delegate these daily activities will be an integral part of your success in this role
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated customer-centric superior customer service and people skills
Excellent communications skills with the proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees
Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well, in order to produce quality work
Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
Previous management experience
Ability to multi-task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers
