Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
Ensure all stores consistently meet operational and food safety standards
Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued
Manage a multi-million dollar business through high energy and high standards
Establish operational goals with your team and help them achieve these goals
Grow area sales through creative marketing and process improvement
Qualification
Required

Business Acumen - P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, food safety, etc

QSR Experience - You've managed 3 or more quick-service restaurants for at least 2 years
Food Safety - You're ServSafe certified (or similar)
