Responsibilities
Enhance and enforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies across projects
Establish best practices for delivery adherence and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and scorecards to measure progress and impact
Drive organizational change initiatives aligned with business objectives and client needs
Design, implement, and maintain playbooks that define 'how work gets done' across delivery teams
Ensure consistent application of processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality
Create dashboards and metrics to monitor delivery performance and transformation outcomes
Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and course correction
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery goals and transformation priorities
Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt best practices and embrace change
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field
10+ years in delivery management, transformation, or consulting within healthcare or technology sectors
Proven knowledge of SDLC methodologies
Experience with process improvement frameworks
Experience creating playbooks, scorecards, and transformation roadmaps
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to manage complex initiatives effectively
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree
Familiarity with healthcare regulations
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile)
Change management experience (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)
