Responsibilities

Greet customers and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure a positive customer experience
Review, confirm, and reschedule daily appointments; complete daily call activities
Monitor and organize customer concerns, escalating to management when appropriate
Address customer issues promptly using the dealership’s CRM, as well as phone, text, and email communication channels
Build and maintain trust with both customers and team members
Accurately document and track customer concerns through to resolution
Proactively engage customers by identifying their needs before being prompted
Collaborate with fellow dealership staff to resolve customer questions and concerns
Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction
Ensure valid payment is collected, properly authorized for the correct amount, and accurately recorded in daily reports

Required

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required; must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse clientele

Professional appearance and demeanor in business attire, representing Empire with confidence
Strong listening skills and empathetic approach to customer interactions
Solid work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through expertise, trust-building, and a focus on satisfaction
Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing or phone-based service roles as a Receptionist
Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to ongoing personal development
Availability for a Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support holidays and weekends if needed
Proficient multitasker with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Maintains a clean, organized, and detail-oriented workspace
