The Senior Director of Indirect Channel Sales for the Florida Region is responsible for developing channel relationships, streamlining sales processes, and achieving corporate objectives related to revenue and market positioning.

Responsibilities
Leads Branded Partner relationship within region including Real Estate, Store distribution strategies, driving incremental productivity, and overall supervision of partnership
Develops policies for the selection of retailers, dealers and agents. Leads negotiations with the largest third-party vendors and provides executive level interface for the resolution of retailer/dealer/agent issues
Ensures reseller satisfaction with concept and products. Provides resellers/partners with timely, quality, thorough and actionable consultations, compliance support and ideas/recommendations
Provides management with regular status reports of account activity, including project status, new business opportunities and projected revenue pipeline
Oversees and directs Indirect Channel Sales programs
Develops quarterly programs within budgeted guidelines
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
