This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in enterprise billing and monetization, collaborating closely with Engineering and Customer Success to deliver scalable capabilities while meeting customer commitments.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the RecVue platform
Translate customer, market, and regulatory requirements into clear, prioritized product initiatives
Balance customer-specific needs with long-term platform scalability and maintainability
Partner closely with Engineering to drive:
Clear PRDs and acceptance criteria
Release planning and execution
Architectural trade-offs and platform evolution
Work with Customer Success and Support to address escalations and recurring product gaps
Engage directly with strategic customers and prospects to validate requirements and roadmap direction
Drive strong product management discipline across discovery, delivery, and post-release review
Represent Product in executive discussions, customer briefings, and internal leadership forums
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years of experience in Product Management for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms
Strong domain experience in Billing, Monetization, Revenue Recognition, or Financial Systems
Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale products
Ability to operate hands-on across requirements, prioritization, and execution
Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Customer Success teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
