Responsibilities

Play an essential role in providing support for the remediation of alerts and incidents across the bank

Identifying and remediating server-related issues experienced by our stakeholders. Responsibilities include alert response, incident management, change management, and recovery of service across multiple product lines

Responsible for overseeing and responding to incidents and alerts across the server infrastructure, which include Windows, Unix, ESX, Cisco UCS, and other technologies across the global estate

Performing advanced troubleshooting across various server technologies, including physical checks and remediations at local office

Performing advanced troubleshooting across various server technologies during critical incident bridge calls

Server backup failure remediation and file restorations by request or critical incident
