Responsibilities

Run analyses that uncover trends, reveal bottlenecks, and guide strategy across the sales organization
Own dashboards, reports, and visualizations that live in Salesforce, BI tools, or custom Python/SQL workflows
Design and maintain automations (Zapier, n8n, internal scripts) that reduce manual work and keep data clean
Work with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to translate business questions into clear data insights and scalable systems
Build and maintain lightweight pipelines that join data from Salesforce, product, and ops tools into usable formats
Monitor data quality, catch inconsistencies, and build safeguards to prevent errors
Create short playbooks and templates for recurring analyses, so the next person can move twice as fast

Required

2+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Analytics, or a similar role
Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization)
Working Python experience (Pandas, simple ETL, API calls)
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom scripts)
Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting
Ability to turn messy, unstructured questions into clean, actionable analyses
High attention to detail and a builder's mindset—if something feels repetitive, your instinct is to automate it
Comfort in a fast-moving, async, and feedback-rich environment
