Perform a wide variety of structured labor relations tasks including research and analysis of the less complex grievances and application of statutes, regulations, policies, arbitrations, and labor negotiations

Support the Labor Relations Specialists in the unit

Promote harmonious labor relations between CCHCS, its employees, and employee organizations

Provide management/supervisors with the tools and resources necessary to carry out the state’s progressive disciplinary process

Deliver effective and innovative training to further employees’ professional growth

Under the direct supervision of Labor Relations Manager I, the Labor Relations Analyst performs a wide variety of structured labor relations tasks including research and analysis of the less complex grievances and application of statutes, regulations, policies, arbitrations, and labor negotiations, and supports the Labor Relations Specialists in the unit

The incumbent will report to California Health Care Facility in Stockton and CCHCS Headquarters in Elk Grove on varying days

This position is located in Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Staff Development

Staff in this program are responsible for promoting harmonious labor relations between CCHCS, its employees, and employee organizations; providing management/supervisors with the tools and resources necessary to carry out the state's progressive disciplinary process; and delivering effective and innovative training to further employees' professional growth
