Talent Solution Coordinator
E2 Optics is an award-winning, Woman-Owned technology integrator leading in the data center revolution. The Talent Solution Coordinator will establish effective business relations with candidates and internal partners, provide administrative support to the Talent Solution team, and assist with onboarding and managing contractor workers.

Establishes and maintains effective business relations with candidates and internal partners
Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly
Maintains the Company's professional reputation
Assists leadership team with various tasks as needed
Provides administrative support to Talent Solution team
Assist with jobs in Lever
Take meeting notes during team calls
Responsible onboarding of contractor workers
Maintains site spreadsheets for tracking purposes
Manages contractor worker conversions
Maintain accurate and current applicant database
Other Duties as assigned
The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of admin support experience
Strong administrate and organizational skills
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe forms
Decision Making and Judgment: This position requires the ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions in order to negotiate business that meets or exceeds client expectations, while providing a profitable revenue stream for E2 Optics. Knowing when to move forward independently, and when to engage internal team members and/or appropriate client contacts is critical to the success of the person in this role
Proven track record for reliability
Professional personal presentation
Excellent communication, telephone, and public relations skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills required
Strong customer service skills and experience
Must be able to learn and support new and quickly-changing technologies
Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products
Detail oriented

Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
