Responsible for creating a positive work environment prioritizes retention

Is the ambassador for clienteling, building sales, and wardrobing clients from head to toe in order to build the local client base

Achieves all KPI targets including: conversion, UPT, average basket, appointment sales, inventory shortage results, staffing, etc

Successfully executes and gets results with the our clienteling program

Shows the team what clienteling truly looks like and how critical it is in order to build a thriving business

To be an effective store leader at SMCP, you must be fully versed in both the front and back of the house in order to be successful. Operational duties tend to be very hands on
