Phaxis is seeking an experienced Zuora Developer with strong hands-on experience in both Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting subscription billing and revenue recognition solutions to enable accurate and scalable financial operations.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support Zuora Billing components, including product catalogs, pricing structures, subscriptions, usage processing, invoicing, tax handling, and payment workflows
Implement and manage Zuora Revenue (RevPro) configurations, including revenue policies, event frameworks, SSP setups, revenue schedules, and automated recognition logic
Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure accuracy across billing, revenue recognition, and reporting processes
Support the full order-to-revenue lifecycle by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions
Build and maintain workflows, notifications, custom fields, and data mappings to support evolving business needs
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to ongoing process and system improvements
Ensure system updates follow best practices, compliance requirements, and internal governance standards

Required

Hands-on experience working with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
Strong background in subscription-based billing and revenue recognition environments
Solid understanding of SaaS subscription lifecycle processes, including amendments, renewals, cancellations, and revenue impact
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Zuora configurations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Effective communication and documentation skills
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
