Responsibilities

Architect Stability: Own the reliability of our Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
Solve the Complex: Serve as the final escalation point for the toughest hardware, software, and network challenges
Innovate & Automate: Use PowerShell and modern tools to replace manual tasks with streamlined efficiency
Collaborate: Partner with elite third-party vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless IT services

Qualification

Microsoft Enterprise environmentsAD DSO365AD migrationsPowerShellAWSSharePointMicrosoft EM+SLeadership

Required

10+ Years of IT Mastery: A deep background in Microsoft Enterprise environments
Technical Wizardry: Advanced expertise in AD DS, Exchange, O365, VPNs, and Windows Server
Migration Muscle: Proven experience in AD migrations, O365 mailbox transitions, and Azure/SSO integrations
Leadership Mindset: The ability to document, mentor, and communicate complex ideas to anyone

Preferred

Bonus Points: Experience with AWS, SharePoint, or Microsoft EM+S
