Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements for CRMS system enhancements and fixes
Provide technical solutions and design logical and physical data models
Develop ETL processes and manage data interfaces between modules and external partners
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate data migration and integration
Assign and track technical tasks using Agile boards and Azure DevOps
Support CI/CD pipeline concepts and assist in deployment activities
Perform database design and development using Oracle, MongoDB, and SQL Server
Document processes and provide excellent customer service and communication

Required

Strong experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering
Business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related rules
Hands-on experience with software development and database design
Proficiency in ETL tools and solution design based on requirements
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and MongoDB
Experience with interfaces, extracts, and data integration
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and use of Agile boards for task tracking
Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts and Azure DevOps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
