Global Account Director - New Business

Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective accounts across manufacturing with a focus on consumer goods and industrial sectors
Focus accounts will be multi-national organizations with a global footprint
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
Responsible for new logo acquisition and, subsequently, expanding/ upselling accounts
Consistently achieve or exceed new business targets and revenue quotas
Develop account strategies to penetrate new regions, plants, or verticals
Build trusted advisor relationships with executive and operational leaders at prospective organizations. Interactions are typically with C-level and VP level executives; which can include large decision making teams
Understand client business objectives and align Redzone solutions to address operational challenges
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, influencing product, services, and go-to-market strategies
Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to best advise on where solutions will be most valuable
Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to design value-driven proposals
Work with Marketing to generate leads, secure case studies, and showcase success stories
Provide market insights and accurate sales forecasting to leadership
Attend training workshops, meetings, and events to increase professional learning and development and foster team camaraderie
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably into the manufacturing sector
Strong negotiation, marketing, and consultative sales skills
Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred
Degree in Engineering, Sales, Operations, or Business Management preferred but not required
